      The investigation and analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of Brucella patients and animals in Tianzhu County, Gansu Province from 2011 to 2019 provided a scientific basis for adjusting prevention and control strategies. Tianzhu County has a long history of animal husbandry and is an old epidemic area of brucellosis. Since 2011, the positive rate of cattle and sheep has continued to appear. The old epidemic area is active in brucellosis. Imported epidemics have become the main cause of brucellosis among animals. Newly-increased patients in the world also change every year, which is positively correlated with the positive rate among animals.
