      《牛生产学》是我国高等农林院校动物科学专业的核心课程之一，在“互联网+教育”背景下，高校教师如何适应互联网信息化时代的发展潮流，积极主动做出调整与改进，培育出符合新时代需求的复合型人才，是当下值得思考的问题。本文基于“互联网+教育”的特征，结合牛生产学教学过程中存在的问题，对动物科学专业《牛生产学》的教学模式进行优化，认真审思在“互联网+教育”背景下教师应该教什么、怎么教等问题，提出“互联网+教育”背景下教学模式创新，培养更适合现代畜牧业发展的应用型人才。

英文摘要:

      Cattle Production is one of the core courses of animal science in agricultural and forestry colleges in China. In the context of ‘internet and education’, it is a question worthy of consideration that what the college teachers should do to adapt to the rapid development of internet and cultivate compound talents meeting the needs of the new era at present. Based on the characteristics of ‘internet and education’ and the problems existing in the teaching process of cattle production, we optimize the teaching model of Cattle Production in animal science, and seriously think over what and how teachers should teach in the context of ‘internet and education’ in this paper. Furthermore, we propose the innovation of teaching model in the context of ‘internet and education’, in order to cultivate application-oriented talents that are more suitable for the development of modern animal husbandry.
