      “粮改饲”政策在崇左市实施以来，通过收集甘蔗尾叶、玉米秸秆，种植全株玉米、优质牧草，加工青贮后饲喂牛羊，为全市探索出一条可持续高质量的草食动物发展之路，项目实施几年，取得了较好成效。本文主要针对崇左市“粮改饲”项目实施的总体思路、工作原则、总体目标、实施完成情况、措施和方法、工作亮点、成效及问题等方面进行了深入的研究分析，并提出了建设性的建议，为崇左市及中国南方地区优化实施“粮改饲”政策提供参考意见。

      Since the implementation of the "grain to feed" policy in Chongzuo City，by collect sugarcane tail leaves and corn stalks，plant whole-plant corn and high-quality pasture to feed cattle and goat after process and ensile,explore a sustainable and high-quality development path for herbivores in our city, the project has been implemented for several years and achieved some effect. This paper mainly aims at the general idea,working principle,overall goals,implementation situation, measures and methods, work highlights,effect,and the problems, in depth research and analysis,and put forward constructive suggestions. to provide referrals for Chongzuo City and South China to optimize the implementation of the "grain to feed" policy.
