      今年安徽省委、省政府提出了“秸秆变肉”暨肉牛振兴计划，推动肉牛产业高质量发展，下大力气做好 “畜头肉尾”增值大文章。为积极响应省委、省政府号召，有力推进阜阳市肉牛产业高质量发展，笔者通过调研走访，总结了目前阜阳市肉牛产业发展的基本概况和主要举措，分析了阜阳市肉牛产业发展的优劣势，提出了发展思路和对策建议。

      This year, the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government of Anhui Province proposed the "Straw into Meat" and Beef Revitalization Plan to promote the high-quality development of the beef industry and vigorously promote the value-added development of "Animal head meat tail". In order to actively respond to the call of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and effectively promote the high-quality development of Fuyang City''s beef industry, the author summarized the current general situation and main measures of Fuyang City''s beef industry through research and visits, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Fuyang City''s beef industry development, and put forward development ideas and Countermeasures and suggestions.
