      牛结膜炎是牛养殖过程中常见的眼科疾病,以眼结膜充血、水肿、分泌物异常、眼睑痉挛等为典型临床症状。本文结合临床实际病例,详细阐述牛结膜炎的临床检查与诊断方法、治疗方案及综合防控措施,通过临床诊治与护理,患病牛最终痊愈。同时,结合病例展开讨论并总结该病防治 措施,为牛场及散养户有效防控牛结膜炎、降低发病率、减少经济损失提供参考。

      Bovine conjunctivitis is a common eye disease in the process of cattle breeding,and its typical clinical symptoms are conjunctival congestion,edema,abnormal secretion,blepharospasm and so on.In this paper,combined with clinical cases,the clinical examination,diagnosis,treatment and comprehensive prevention and control measures of bovine conjunctivitis were elaborated in detail.Through clinical diagnosis,treatment and nursing,the sick cattle were finally cured.At the same time,the disease prevention and control measures were discussed and summarized based on the cases,which provided reference for the effective prevention and control of bovine conjunctivitis in cattle farms and free range farmers,reducing the incidence and economic losses
