      肉牛产业是畜牧产业发展的重要组成部分，是乡村振兴的支柱产业，但近两年来由于受到产能相对过剩、进口牛肉冲击与饲养成本相对较高等多重因素叠加影响，导致肉牛产业发展出现阶段性低迷。本文通过对全国肉牛产量、进口牛肉规模及消费量等关键指标的分析，总结了目前肉牛产业发展中存在的产能相对过剩、淘汰奶牛和进口牛肉对市场造成冲击以及本地肉牛饲养成本高、利润低等问题，提出通过品种改良、加大政策帮扶、打造地方特色肉牛品牌、采取种养结合模式、推进绿色生态高效养殖等措施，来促进我国肉牛产业持续健康发展。

英文摘要:

      The beef cattle industry is an important part of the development of the animal husbandry industry and a pillar industry for rural revitalization. However, over the past two years, due to the combined impact of multiple factors such as relatively overcapacity, increased imports of foreign beef, and relatively high domestic breeding costs, the development of the beef cattle industry has experienced a temporary downturn. Through the analysis of key indicators, such as the national beef cattle output, the scale and consumption of imported beef, this article summarizes the problems existing in the current development of the beef cattle industry, such as relatively excessive production capacity, the impact of culled dairy cows and imported beef on the market, as well as high local beef cattle breeding costs and low profits. It is proposed to promote the sustained and healthy development of China’s beef cattle industry through measures such as breed improvement, enhanced policy support, development of region-specific beef cattle brands, adoption of integrated breeding and farming systems, and the promotion of green, ecological and resource-efficient breeding models.
