      牛病毒性腹泻是由牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)感染引起的一种接触性传染病,在世界各国广泛流行,对养牛业危害巨大,目前为止尚无针对 BVDV 的特效药物。本文就国内外 BVDV 的流行特点、常用的诊断方法(如环介导等温扩增法、CRISPR/Cas 系统检测法、间接免疫荧光试验、酶联免疫吸附试验)、常用疫苗(如 BVDV 灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、活载体疫苗等)进行了综述讨论。
英文摘要:
      Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) is a contagious disease caused by bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) infection. It is widely prevalent worldwide and poses significant threats to the cattle industry. Currently, there are no specific effective drugs against BVDV. This article provides an overview of the epidemiological characteristics of BVDV both domestically and internationally, commonly used diagnostic methods (such as loop-mediated isothermal amplification, CRISPR/Cas system detection method, indirect immunofluorescence assay, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), and commonly used vaccines (including inactivated BVDV vaccines, attenuated live vaccines, subunit vaccines, and vector vaccines).
