| 随着高通量测序技术和生物技术的快速发展,多组学技术已成为研究肉牛重要经济性状的重要手段。文章概述了多组学技术在肉牛生长、育肥、繁殖和适应性等重要性状研究中的最新进展,探讨了多组学技术在揭示遗传基础和分子调控网络方面的优势。多组学技术的应用不仅能够提高肉牛育种的效率和准确性,还能加快新品种培育,促进肉牛产业高质量发展。 |

| Abstract:With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing and mass spectrometry technologies, omics technologies have become powerful tools for study key important traits of beef cattle. This paper summarizes the research progress of multi-omics technologies in important traits such as growth, fattening, reproduction and environmental adaptation of beef cattle. We further discuss the advantages of omics technologies in revealing genetic basis and molecular regulatory network underlying these traits. The application of omics technologies into breeding programs can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of beef cattle breeding, but also promote the cultivation of new varieties and improve the economic benefits of the beef cattle industry. |
