      肉牛产业是甘肃省现代寒旱特色农业 “牛羊菜果薯药” 六大特色产业的重要组成，现已形成河西走廊、陇东、临夏、甘南、中部五大肉牛养殖优势区，培育了 “天祝白牦牛”“平凉红牛”“河西肉牛”“甘南牦牛”“庆阳早胜牛” 5 个 “甘味” 肉牛区域公用品牌。凭借独特品质与文化底蕴，品牌市场影响力不断提升，产业亦呈现出稳步发展态势。然而在产业快速发展中，良种繁育体系尚不完善，良种自主供应能力不足；标准化、数智化养殖水平较低，相关标准体系建设有待健全，尚未有效指导生产和市场发展；养殖、加工、销售、餐饮等环节利益联结松散，产业链各环节利益分配不均衡。本报告深度剖析了甘肃省肉牛产业技术发展现状，并研判未来技术创新与产业升级趋势，从技术革新、模式优化等维度为产业发展提供了详实依据，全力推动甘肃省肉牛产业向专业化、现代化迈进。

      Abstract:Beef cattle industry represents an important part of the six characteristic industries of modern cold and drought characteristic agriculture sectors - namely beef, mutton, vegetable, fruit, potatoes and medicine’in Gansu Province. Over recent years, it has formed five dominant areas of beef cattle breeding in Hexi Corridor, Longdong, Linxia, Gannan and central regions, and cultivated five ‘Ganwei’ beef cattle regional public brands of ‘Tianzhu white yak’, ‘Pingliang red cattle’, ‘Hexi beef cattle’, ‘Gannan yak’ and ‘Qingyang Zaosheng cattle’. With its unique quality and cultural heritage, the brand market influence has been continuously improved, and the industry has also shown a steady development trend. However, in the rapid development of the industry, the breeding system of improved varieties is not perfect, and the independent supply capacity of improved varieties is insufficient. The level of standardization and intelligent breeding is low, the construction of relevant standards system needs to be improved, and the production and market development have not been effectively guided. The interests of breeding, processing, sales, catering and other links are loosely linked, and the distribution of interests in each link of the industrial chain is not balanced. The purpose of this report is provide an in-depth analysis the current situation of the development of beef cattle industry technology in Gansu Province, assess trends in innovation and industrial upgrading, and offer a comprehensive foundation for policy and development planning. By emphasizing technological advancement and model optimization, the goal is to accelerate the industry’s transition toward greater specialization, standardization, and modernization.
