      选用10月龄以上的纯种肉用型西门塔尔牛为供体母牛,探究采用2次PG处理方式的产胚效果及其对不同季节西门塔尔牛胚胎生产效果的影响。试验分3次累计将248头次供体母牛分为A组(A1、A2、A3)和B组(B1、B2、B3),对A组3个小组累计112头次母牛分别进行正常超排处理,对B组3个小组累计136头次母牛进行双PG处理。结果显示,B1组母牛头均生产胚胎数显著(P<0.05)高于A1组母牛1.68个,头均生产可用胚胎数极显著(P<0.01)高于A1组母牛2.18枚,头均生产A级胚胎数极显著(P<0.01)高于A1组母牛2.74枚,表明供体母牛超排前进行2次PG注射处理后,其胚胎生产效果明显优于未处理母牛。春季(A2、B2组)和夏季(A3、B3组)2种处理方法胚胎生产结果显示,A组母牛春季头均生产胚胎数和A级胚胎数分别显著(P<0.05)高于夏季2.67和0.54枚;B组母牛春季生产头均可用胚胎数和头均A级胚胎数分别高出夏季0.31和0.50枚,但差异不显著(P>0.05);B2组母牛春季生产可用胚率高于A2组和A3组,B2、B3组母牛生产A级胚率均分别高于A2组和A3组;表明供体母牛在超排前进行2次PG处理,可以明显提高供体牛的胚胎可用率和A级胚率,并且生产胚胎的数量和质量以春季表现更优。

      Using purebred beef-type Simmental cattle aged over 10 months as donor cows, this study investigated the embryo production efficiency of a double prostaglandin (PG) treatment protocol and its seasonal effects on embryo production outcomes. The experiment involved three trials dividing a total of 248 donor cows into Group A (A1, A2, A3) and Group B (B1, B2, B3). The 112 cows in Group A received standard superovulation treatment, while the 136 cows in Group B underwent dual PG treatment. Results demonstrated that Group B1 showed significant improvements: average embryo production per cow increased by 1.68 (P<0.05), transferable embryos by 2.18 (P<0.01), and Grade A embryos by 2.74 (P<0.01) compared to Group A1. This indicates that ual PG pretreatment significantly enhanes both guantity and quality of embryo production compared to conventional protocols. The results of embryo production using two treatment methods in spring (A2, B2 groups) and summer (A, B3 groups) showed that the average number of embryos produced per head and the number of A-level embryos produced by cows in the A groups were significantly higher in spring (P<0.05) than in summer (2.67 and 0.54. respetvel), Te average number of usable embryos per head and the average number of A-level embryos per head of B group cows during spring production were 0. 31 and 0. 50 higher than those during summer, respectively, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The available embryo rate of B2 group cows during spring production is higher than that of A2 and A3 groups, and the A-level embryo rates of B2 and B3 groups cows are higher than those of A2 and A3 groups, espectively. The findings indicated that two PG treatments before superovulation could significantly improve the embryo availability and A-level embryo rate of donor cows, and the quantity and quality of embryos produced were better in spring.
