      以经产蒙古牛为供体,探究促卵泡激素FSH产地、剂量和供体母牛饲养管理方式对蒙古牛超数排卵数量及质量的影响。试验采用随机分组的方法,将68头供体母牛分为2组,第1组选取28头牛舍饲圈养,其中14头注射国产FSH、另外14头注射比利时产FSH进行超数排卵处理,注射总剂量均为455IU/头;第2组选取40头牛放牧饲养,均注射国产FSH进行超数排卵,其中19头注射总剂量为455IU/头,另外21头注射总剂量为490IU/头。结果显示,蒙古牛注射国产FSH后的有效超排率为92.9%,回收的平均总胚胎或卵子数(10.57枚)、可用胚胎数(5.79枚)、A级胚胎数(5.00枚)均显著(P<0.05)高于注射比利时产的FSH;FSH注射剂量和供体母牛饲养管理方式对蒙古牛超数排卵效果无显著影响(P>0.05),但舍饲圈养有效超排率比天然放牧高出19.2个百分点。综上可知,在综合考虑性价比的情况下,加强饲养管理并选择适量的国产FSH,可以有效替代进口FSH,适当降低FSH剂量不影响超排效果。
英文摘要:
      The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different origin and dose of FSH, different management method of donor cows on the quantity and quality of superovulation in Mongolian cattle. The trial was conducted by randomization, sixty-eight donor cattle were divided into two groups. One group had 28 cattle, were fed in captivity, of which 14 were injected with domestic FSH and other 14 were injected with Belgian FSH for superovulation. The total dose of injection was 455 IU/head. Another group selected 40 cattle, were grazing and injected with domestic FSH for superovulation, of which 19 received a total dose of 455 IU/head and 21 received a total dose of 490 IU/head. The results showed that the effective superovulation rate of Mongolian cattle after the domestic FSH injection was 92. 9%, and the average number of total embryos (10. 57), available embryos (5. 79), and grade A embryos (5. 00) were significantly higher (P<0.05) than the number of FSH producel in Belgjum. The dosage of FSH injietion and the feeding management method of donor cows had no significant effect on the superovulation effect of Mongolian cattle (P>0.05), but the efetive overovulation rate of house feeding was 19.2 pereentage points higher than that of natural grazing. In conclusion, it can be seen that when considering of cost performance, strengthening feeding management and selecting an appropriate amount of domestic FSH can effectively replace imported FSH, and the appropriately reducing FSH does not affect the over discharge effect.
