凉州黄白花母牛同期发情可视化人工授精技术的应用研究

      为探索简单易行的母牛繁殖技术，提高凉州黄白花母牛的利用率，选择甘肃省武威市凉州区金绿源种牛场的80头繁殖母牛作为试验牛，将其均分为2组，分别采用当地常用的2次PGF2α法和CIDR＋PGF2α法进行同期发情处理，并配合可视化人工授精，比较2组母牛的发情率和受胎率。结果显示，2次PGF2α注射法和CIDR＋PGF2α法的同期发情率分别为74.36%和88.24%；输精35 d后采用B超＋直肠触诊进行孕检，显示2组的受胎率分别为71.79%和73.53%。2次PGF2α处理法＋可视化人工授精技术操作更简单易行，本地农户接受程度更高，适宜在中小型凉州黄白花牛场示范推广。

英文摘要:

      To explore a simple and feasible breeding technology to improve the utilization rate of Liangzhou Yellow and White Cow,conducting by grass roots technicians.Selected breeding cow from Wuwei Jinluyuan Seed Cattle Farm in Liangzhou town.Using the common two ways,secondary PGF2α and CIDR+PGF2α treatment methods with visualized artificial insemination,comparing the effect after different treatments.The result of using secondary PGF2α and CIDR+PGF2α showed that the estrus rate were 74.36% and 88.24%.Veterinary ultrasound examination Day 35 with rectal examination of the cows,the conception rates of the two groups were 71.79% and 73.53%.The secondary PGF2α treatment with visual artificial insemination technology was simpler and more feasible,and the local farmers had a higher acceptance level,it was suitable for demonstration and promotion in small and medium sized cow farms.
