      奶牛隐性乳房炎是严重影响奶牛产业健康发展的重要疾病之一，常常因为临床症状不明显而被忽视。该病的治疗通常采用抗生素乳房灌注或静脉注射的方法，但由于抗生素耐药、兽药残留导致疗效不佳。2024年2—9月，对某奶牛场诊断为隐性乳房炎的167头奶牛采取中药组方进行治疗，治愈153头，有效162头，无效5头，治愈率达91.62%，取得了良好的治疗效果。采用中药治疗该病克服了抗生素耐药、兽药残留和容易复发等缺点，具有环境友好、疗效确切、易于推广等特点，可为兽医人员和从业者临床治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎提供参考。

      Subclinical mastitis in dairy cows is one of the most important diseases that seriously affect the healthy development of the dairy industry,and is often overlooked because of the lack of obvious clinical symptoms.The disease is usually treated by antibiotic udder instillation or intravenous injection,which often results in poor efficacy and compromises quality and safety due to antibiotic resistance and veterinary drug residues.From February to September 2024,we treated 167 cows diagnosed with subclinical mastitis in a dairy farm in the region with a traditional Chinese medicine formula,curing 153 cows,validating 162 cows,and invalidating 5 cows,with a cure rate of 91.62%,and achieved good therapeutic results.The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease overcomes the shortcomings of antibiotic resistance,veterinary drug residues and easy recurrence,and is characterized by being environmentally friendly,having precise efficacy,and being easy to promote,etc.It can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of grass roots veterinary personnel and farmers.
