英文摘要:

      Wuchuan black cattle is a local characteristic breed for the development of beef cattle industry in Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province.Its meat is delicious,rich in amino acids.Wuchuan black cattle has good meat performance with great market potential.However,it grows slowly and has small population size,which restrictes its development to some extent.In order to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of Wuchuan black cattle industry,protect and develop Wuchuan black cattle germplasm resources,this article introduces the overview and characteristics of Wuchuan black cattle germplasm resources,and proposes specific measures for germplasm resource protection and development and utilization suggestions,which can provide reference for promoting the development of local characteristic breed cattle industry.
