      Blood sampling is very important in the safety of meat and dairy products,It is a test for professional technicians.There have a big difference in the blood sampling methods and operation technology for large and small livestock,especially for the free rang buffalo, there are fierce temperament and occasionally encounter injury incidents in the blood sampling. we need more professional technology and skills to ensure the safety of personnel and animals. This paper introduces several blood sampling methods commonly used in river Buffalo from different dimensions and their effect evaluation in practical application, providing reference for technical personnel engaged in river Buffalo industry.
