      为深入了解平凉红牛在养殖、贩运、屠宰、消费等环节由于经营方式不同而导致的经济效益差异,对平凉市内20个肉牛养殖场(户)、11个肉牛贩运户、5个肉牛屠宰企业进行了现场调查。结果表明,不同环节各类经营方式各有利弊,提出了推进差异化适度规模养殖、精准化推进肉牛屠宰企业发展、坚持高端定位等建议,以期推进平凉红牛产业的高质量发展。
英文摘要:
      In order to gain a deeper understanding of the different economic benefits of different operating methods in Pingliang Red cattle breeding,trafficking,slaughtering,consumption,etc.,this study investigated 20 beef cattle farms (households),11 beef cattle trafficking households,and 5 beef cattle slaughtering enterprises in Pingliang City.The survey results showed that various business methods in different links had their own advantages and disadvantages.Suggestions were put forward to promote differentiated moderate scale breeding,accurately promote the development of beef cattle slaughtering enterprises,and adhere to high end positioning,in order to promote the high quality development of Pingliang Red cattle industry.
