This experiment statistically analyzed the conception data of embryo transfer in a certain pasture in Saikexing of Inner Mongolia in 2023,and also analyzed he effects of different transfer pastures,embryo types,embryo development stages,embryo quality,and seasons
on the conception rate of Holstein cow embryo transfer.The results showed that the embryo transfer rate of pasture B with better feeding level was significantly higher than that of pasture A(P<0.05),fresh embryos were significantly higher than frozen embryos (P<0.05),dense morula embryos were significantly higher than that of blastocyst (P<0.05),grade A embryos were significantly higher than B level embryos (P<0.05),and spring and autumn were significantly higher than summer sea (P<0.05). |
