      [目的]为了研究不同激素及不同处理方式对酒泉地区肉牛同期发情及应用效果的影响,筛选出适用于酒泉地区规模化牛场肉牛同期发情处理方案。[方法]试验选用孕酮阴道栓(CIDR)、孕马血清促性腺素(PMSG)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、氯前列醇钠(PGF2α)4种药物,按方案Ⅰ(CIDR+PGF2α+PMSG)、方案Ⅱ(GnRH+ PGF2α+GnRH)和方案Ⅲ(PGF2α+ PGF2α)三种方法进行同期发情处理,观测统计了肉牛同期发情率、情期受胎率和处理牛受胎率,并核算了三种方案的药物成本。[结果]方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ同期发情率分别为86%和81%,都显著高于方案Ⅲ(P<0.05),方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ间无显著差异(P>0.05)。方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ处理牛受胎率分别为64%和60%,组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但都显著高于方案Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。[结论]综合考虑生产所用经济成本以及操作简易程度等因素在酒泉地区母牛集约化养殖过程中使用GnRH+ PGF2α+GnRH 法有较高的推广应用价值。

      [Objective] To investigate the influence of different hormones and treatment approaches on estrus synchronization and its application effect in beef cattle in the Jiuquan area, and to screen out the treatment plans suitable for estrus synchronization in large-scale cattle farms in the Jiuquan area. [Method] Four drugs, namely progesterone vaginal suppository (CIDR), pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG), gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), and sodium cloprostenol (PGF2α), were selected for the experiment. Three methods, namely Scheme I (CIDR + PGF2α + PMSG), Scheme II (GnRH + PGF2α + GnRH), and Scheme III (PGF2α + PGF2α), were used for estrus synchronization treatment. The estrus synchronization rate, conception rate during estrus, and conception rate of treated cattle were observed and statistically analyzed, and the drug costs of the three schemes were calculated. [Result] The estrus synchronization rates of Scheme I and Scheme II were 86% and 81% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of Scheme III (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between Scheme I and Scheme II (P > 0.05). The conception rates of treated cattle in Scheme I and Scheme II were 64% and 60% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), but both were significantly higher than that of Scheme III group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] Considering factors such as economic costs and operational simplicity in production, the GnRH + PGF2α + GnRH method has a relatively high value for promotion and application in the process of intensive breeding of cows in the Jiuquan area.
