      在生殖生物技术中,体外胚胎生产(IVP)是繁殖优良遗传动物的重要工具。最近,全世界家畜体外生产和移植的胚胎数量明显高于体内生产的胚胎数量,活体采卵(OPU)技术的发展功不可没。随着基因组技术的发展,个体选择精度不断提高,动物育种间隔进一步缩短,体外受精技术在商业用途上越来越受到关注。然而OPU/IVP技术正面临一些挑战。该文阐述了OPU/IVP技术的进展情况,并针对该技术在良种扩繁等方面的应用前景提出展望,旨在不断优化OPU/IVP技术体系和提高牛繁殖生产效率。
英文摘要:
      In reproductive biotechnology, in vitro embryo production (IVP) is an important tool for the reproduction of good genetic material. Recently, the number of embryos in vitro produced and transplanted around the world were significantly higher than those produced in vitro and the development of ovum pick up (OPU) technology is indispensable. With the development of genome technology, the accuracy of individual selection has been continuously improved, and the interval of animal breeding has been further shortened. In vitro fertilization technology has attracted more and more attention in commercial applications. However, OPU/IVP technology is facing some challenges. In this paper, the progress of OPU/IVP technology is described, and the application prospect of this technology in the breeding and propagation of improved varieties is prospected, aiming at continuously optimizing the OPU/IVP technology system and improving the production efficiency of cattle reproduction.
