【purpose】The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effect of vitamin ADE injection on reproductive performance of cows.【method】Three batches of Simmental cows with the same feeding and management conditions, different parity, and 7 months of pregnancy were selected for investigation and statistics in the experiment,Each batch consists of 30 rats in the experimental group and 20 rats in the control group, with a total of 150 rats in the three batches. The control group cows strictly followed the health care procedures, intramuscular injection of 1ml of PGF2α on days 14, 28, and 42 postpartum, starting from the day after the injection of PGF2α on the 42nd day, video surveillance of estrus was conducted 24/7 every day for 15 consecutive days. The experimental group cows were injected with 10 ml of vitamin ADE injection into their muscles at different points within 60 days before delivery, 30 days before delivery, and 2 hours after delivery. The rest of the procedures were the same as those in the control group. Starting from the day after the muscle injection of PGF2α on the 42nd day, the estrus status was monitored by video surveillance 24/7 every day for 15 consecutive days.【result】The results showed that the incidence rate of retained placenta in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postpartum paralysis and endometritis was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The estrus rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The conception rate during estrus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).【conclusion】The injection of vitamin ADE can not only significantly reduce the incidence rate of postpartum placenta retention, postpartum paralysis and endometritis in cows; It can significantly improve the estrus rate and conception rate of postpartum cows. |
