规模化养牛场中母牛隐性发情、暗发情、乏情等问题在生产中日益凸显,成为制约养牛业发展的瓶颈。牛的定时输精技术综合了同期发情、同步排卵和人工授精技术,该技术可省去发情鉴定环节,缩短胎间距,提高受胎率,对提高配种效率意义重大,现已成为规模牛场繁殖管理的重要技术措施。论文综述了牛定时输精技术的原理、常用程序及运用情况,提出今后需进一步研究的问题,以期为该技术的进一步改良提供参考。 |

In large-scale cattle farms, the problems of recessive estrus, secret estrus and apathy of cows have become increasingly prominent in production, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of cattle industry. The timing insemination technology of cattle integrates estrus synchronization, ovulation synchronization and artificial insemination technology. This technology can save the estrus identification link, shorten the fetal spacing, improve the conception rate, and is of great significance to improve the breeding efficiency. It has become an important technical measure for breeding management in large-scale cattle farms. This paper reviews the principle, common procedures and application of bovine timed insemination technology, and puts forward the problems to be further studied in the future, in order to provide reference for the further improvement of this technology. |
