In order to investigate the main disease pathogens of beef cattle in Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, this experiment applied mNGS metagenomic sequencing technology to analyze the different behaviors in beef cattle farms, live animal trading markets and slaughterhouses in Changji Prefecture. 46 disease samples with clinical symptoms were tested, and 78 pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, hemoparasiosis and mycoplasma were detected. Combined with the currently reported and popular pathogens in beef cattle breeding at home and abroad, 46 samples tested by metagenomic testing The samples detected in clinical cases were compared clinically, and 13 species of bacteria, 13 species of viruses, and 4 species of other pathogens such as mycoplasma and blood protozoa were screened, totaling 30 major pathogens. This is a comprehensive prevention and control technology for beef cattle breeding diseases in Changji, Xinjiang. The research provides scientific data support. |
