      试验旨在为适度规模养牛场牛粪能源化利用提供参考依据。等质量的蜂窝牛粪(Ⅰ组)、蜂窝煤(Ⅱ组)、块炭(Ⅲ组)和木材(Ⅳ组)分别燃烧加热等温自来水测定热效能及燃烧过程中有害气体释放量。结果:Ⅰ组总燃烧时间小于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P?0.01)、大于Ⅳ组(P?0.01),加热总沸水量小于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P?0.01)、大于Ⅱ组(P?0.01),燃烧过程中H2S释放量小于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P?0.01)、CH4小于Ⅲ组(P?0.01)、NH3大于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P?0.01),感官烟尘量小于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组。表明:蜂窝牛粪耐燃性不及煤炭,热效能大于蜂窝煤、小于块炭,燃烧过程中环境综合污染小于煤炭,燃烧尾料可还田利用,生物质牛粪加工成型是牛粪能源化利用的一种有效方式。

      The experiment aims is to provide reference for energy utilization of cattle manure in moderate scale cattle farms. Measured the thermal efficiency and the release content of harmful gases during the combustion of equal quality honeycomb cattle manure (group Ⅰ), honeycomb coal (Group Ⅱ), block coal (group Ⅲ) and wood (group Ⅳ) by heating isothermal tap water. Result: The total combustion time of group Ⅰ was lower than that of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P?0.01) and higher than that of group Ⅳ (P?0.01), The total boiling water quantity was lower than that of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P?0.01) and higher than that of group Ⅱ (P?0.01), The content of H2S released during combustion was less than that in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P?0.01), CH4 less than that in group Ⅲ (P?0.01), NH3 more than that in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P?0.01), The amount of sensory smoke was less than that in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The results showed that the combustion stamina of honeycomb cattle manure was lower than that of coal, the thermal efficiency was higher than that of honeycomb coal and less than block coal , the comprehensive environmental pollution was lower than that of coal during combustion, The combustion tail material could be utilization for field. The machine shaping is an effective way of energy utilization of biomass cattle manure.
