      [目的]试验研究丙三醇、二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、乙二醇(EG)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)对牛精液冷冻效果。[方法] 抗冻剂防冻效果试验：基础液中分别添加不同浓度的丙三醇、DMA、EG、DMSO获得若干不同的稀释液配方逐一进行试验,然后再用效果良好的四种配方进行对比试验,优选出使用效果最好的牛精液冷冻稀释液。[结果]丙三醇防冻效果最好。[结论] 结果表明,抗冻剂对牛精液冷冻具有良好防冻保护作用,丙三醇、DMA、EG可用于牛精液冷冻保存,能改善牛精液冷冻保存效果,对提高牛冷冻精液质量效果明显。

      [Objective] To investigate the effects of glycerol, dimethylacetamide (DMA), ethylene glycol (EG) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) on bovine semen freezing. [Method] Antifreeze effect test: different concentrations of glycerol, DMA, EG and DMSO were added to the base solution to obtain several different diluent formulas for testing one by one, and then the four formulas with good effects were used for comparative tests, and the best bovine semen freezing diluent was selected. [Result ]Glycerol had the best antifreeze effect. [Conclusion] The results showed that antifreeze had a good antifreeze protective effect on bovine semen freezing, and glycerol, DMA and EG could be used for bovine semen cryopreservation, which could improve the cryopreservation effect of bovine semen and improve the quality of bovine frozen semen.
