      产业兴旺是提升农业综合效益和竞争力的重要抓手，对全面推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。随着吉林省的“秸秆变肉”暨千万头肉牛建设工程高位推动，延边黄牛在吉林省延边州的农业产业中一直处于主导地位，但是仍然存在着制约发展的一些问题，针对延边黄牛产业发展现状，本文通过SWOT分析方法，系统分析延边黄牛产业发展的优势和劣势，内外环境带来的威胁和机会。并提出相应的对策，以期对延边黄牛的发展起到一定的指导作用。

      The prosperity of the industry is an important means to enhance the comprehensive benefits and competitiveness of agriculture, and it is of great significance for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization. With the high-level promotion of "straw-to-meat" and the construction project of tens of millions of beef cattle in Jilin Province, Yanbian yellow cattle have always played a dominant role in the agricultural industry of Yanbian Prefecture in Jilin Province. However, there are still some problems that restrict its development. In view of the current situation of Yanbian yellow cattle industry development, this paper systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Yanbian yellow cattle industry development through SWOT analysis method, as well as the threats and opportunities brought by internal and external environment. And propose corresponding countermeasures, in order to play a certain guiding role in the development of Yanbian yellow cattle.
