| The yak industry is one of the distinctive industries in Nyingchi that continuously consolidates and expands the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connects with rural revitalization. To promote the high-quality development of the yak industry in Nyingchi, this paper, based on describing the current state of the Nyingchi yak industry, analyzes the problems existing in the development process of the Nyingchi yak industry: insufficient prevention of yak diseases, small scale of processing enterprises, limited online sales channels for yak products, and the need for brand building to be enhanced. The paper then puts forward strategies for the development of the yak industry in Nyingchi: increasing the quantity and quality of veterinary professionals, vigorously developing yak product processing enterprises, promoting e-commerce for yak products, and establishing a local yak brand for Nyingchi. |
