      白水县地处关中平原与陕北高原的过渡地带，是联结关中与陕北的咽喉要地，作为渭南市唯一的山区县，白水年均气温适应，河流众多，饲草饲料资源极为丰富，是发展畜牧业的天然牧场。本文介绍了畜牧粪污资源化利用基本情况，梳理白水县畜牧粪污资源化利用发展存在的问题和下一步发展目标，希望能为畜牧产业高质量发展提供一定借鉴作用。

      Baishui County is located in the transitional zone between the Guanzhong Plain and the Shaanbei Plateau, and is a crucial hub connecting Guanzhong and Shaanbei. As the only mountainous county in Weinan City, Baishui adapts to the annual temperature, has numerous rivers, and abundant forage resources. It is a natural pasture for the development of animal husbandry. This article introduces the basic situation of the resource utilization of animal husbandry manure, sorts out the existing problems and next development goals of the resource utilization of animal husbandry manure in Baishui County, hoping to provide some reference for the high-quality development of the animal husbandry industry in Baishui County.
