      本试验采取美仁牦牛体侧、背部和肩胛部绒毛,测定其长度、纤维直径、断裂强力、伸长率等指标,分析不同部位、性别、年龄及对绒毛品质的影响。结果表明:美仁牦牛的性别、年龄及躯体部位影响绒毛品质,母牦牛绒毛纤维直径显著大于公牦牛;公、母牦牛绒毛纤维直径、自然长度、伸直长度、断裂强力指标在不同年龄间存在显著差异,3岁~6岁牦牛绒毛品质指标均高于1岁~2岁且相对稳定;体侧部绒毛纤维直径、自然长度显著低于背部,断裂强力显著高于背部。

      in this experiment, the length, fiber diameter, breaking strength and elongation of the villi on the side, back and scapula of Meiren yak were measured, the effects of different parts, sex, age and quality of Villi were analyzed. The results showed that sex, age and body parts of Meiren yak affected the quality of villus, and the fiber diameter of female yak was significantly larger than that of male yak There were significant differences in fiber diameter, natural length, straight length and breaking strength between male and female yaks, the quality indexes of Villi of yak aged 3~6 years old were higher than those of yak aged 1~2 years old and relatively stable, the diameter and natural length of villi in the side of body were significantly lower than those in the back, and the breaking strength was significantly higher than that in the back.
