Endometritis is a common reproductive disorder in dairy buffalo, which seriously affects the production and economic benefits of dairy buffalo farms. This trial aims to screen a simple and effective treatment plan for endometritis in dairy buffalo.Statistics during 2021~2022 in Guangxi a dairy buffalo farm treatment of 99 postpartum sick adult dairy buffalo, randomly divided into three groups, respectively using spectinomycin hydrochloride and lincomycin hydrochloride soluble powder method (group A, similarly hereinafter), recombinant lysostaphylococcus enzyme (group B, similarly hereinafter) and uterine inflammation clear uterine perfusion method (referred to as group C, similarly hereinafter) processing, contrast the clinical curative effect of 3 groups. After therapeutic clinical effect of treatment, The cure rate was group A (75.76%), Group B (67.65%) and Group C (58.33%), No significant differences (P> 0.05), The first course of treatment group B (44.12%) and group A (42.42%) were significantly higher than group C (18.75%) (P <0.05), The third course of treatment group A was significantly lower than the C (9.09% <25.00%, P<0.05), Group B was significantly lower than group C (2.94% <25.00%, P<0.01), However, the difference between the total response rate A, B, and C 3 groups was not significant (87.88%> 82.35%> 75.00%, P>0.05).It can be seen that these three different treatment schemes can help to improve the cure rate of endometritis in dairy buffalo, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Among them, the recombinant lysostaphine method was relatively faster, followed by spectinomycin hydrochloride and lincomycin hydrochloride soluble powder method, and the intrauterine perfusion method was slightly worse than the former two. This trial provides a reference for the clinical treatment of dairy buffalo endometritis, helps to improve the cure rate, and ensure the high-quality and efficient development of milk buffalo industry. |
