      本文对我市早胜牛核心群的185头母牛通过直肠检查，同时结合B超机检测和宫腔镜检查发现患有子宫内膜炎的母牛57头，分别采用激素+抗生素注射、激素+中药灌服治疗法和抗生素+中药灌服治疗法等三种方法对患病母牛进行治疗，通过对临床治疗效果的分析和总结并提出几点建议，谨供同行参考。

      A total of 185 cows from Zaosheng cow core group were examined by rectal examination, b-ultrasonic examination and Hysteroscopy Endometritis, the cows were treated with hormone + antibiotic injection, hormone + Chinese herbal medicine perfusion therapy and antibiotic + Chinese herbal medicine perfusion therapy, respectively, through the analysis and summary of the clinical treatment effect, some suggestions are put forward for reference.
