| Rumen fistula was used to research in digestion and metabolism, rumen microecological environment, physiological and biochemical indexes of ruminants.4 health river-type buffalo were selected to installed fistula by surgery,Postoperative care for 4 weeks.The results showed that the mental state, body temperature, appetite, urine and bowel movements of the surgery buffalo were all normal.15 days after the operation, we found that the rumen wall of the buffalo was healed and adhered to the peritoneum, abdominal muscle and skin, forming a natural fistula, and there was no infection of incision and abdominal.The results showed that the surgical method were operable, simple, short time, good fistula tightness, quick wound recovery and no infection.?And the operating buffalo survive normally. |
