      The embryo of Piedmont cattle was introduced and Nanyang cattle was used as the recipient for embryo transfer. Not only do the born embryo cows better adapt to local environmental conditions, but also save foreign exchange, reduce the spread of disease, and give full play to the genetic potential of breeding bulls. The weight of Nanyang cow as the recipient cow is 430～450kg, and dystocia rarely occurs. The average annual number of sperm collection of Piemonte bulls is 72.1 times, and the average ejaculation volume is 5.11mL each time. The production is balanced throughout the year. At the same time, the promotion and application of Piedmont frozen semen provides excellent genetic materials for the cultivation of new breed of Pinan cattle.
