Thyriod hormone responsive (THRSP) genes are involved in animal de novo fatty acid synthesis, mainly expressed in liver, mammary gland and adipose tissue, induced by factors related to lipid metabolism at the transcriptional level, and act as transcriptional activators to regulate downstream fat synthesis Expression of enzyme genes. This paper reviews the research progress on the structure and function of the THRSP gene, the mechanism of transcriptional regulation, the biological pathway for regulating fatty acid synthesis, and the effects of polymorphisms of the gene on lactation traits in bovid species. |
