      '' Cattle Production '' is one of the important practical courses of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in agriculture-related universities. In order to promote the deep integration of professional course teaching and ideological and political education, and improve students '' moral education level, this paper summarizes the importance of integrating the course of '' Cattle Production'' into the ideological and political education of the course, and analyzes the ideological and political elements contained in the course, so as to provide reference for the ingenious integration of family and country feelings, ideals and beliefs, professional quality, ecological civilization and other knowledge in the course teaching, and provide ideological guarantee for the cultivation of skilled talents to meet the needs of society.
