      奶牛作为草食家畜是现代社会满足人们奶制品需要的主要供应畜群,大力发展奶牛产业是破解饲料用量增量问题的首选之路。奶牛产业发展的关键是良种,如何在奶牛良种培育中高效利用现有的优质奶牛资源,已成为奶牛产业发展必须关注的重点。本文通过对奶牛优质资源挖掘、保护的重要性及资源利用思路进行探析,为陕西奶牛优质资源保护和加快良种培育进程提供参考,为加快节粮型草食家畜-奶牛产业发展提供思路。

      As the herbivorous animal, dairy cow is the main supply herd in modern society to meet the demand of dairy products. Developing dairy cow industry is the first choice to solve the problem of feed consumption increment. The key to the development of dairy industry is superior breed. How to make efficient use of existing high-quality dairy resources in the breeding of superior breed has become the focus of dairy industry development. In this paper, the importance of the exploitation and protection of high-quality dairy cow resources and the ideas of resource utilization were analyzed, which provided reference for the protection of high-quality dairy cow resources and the process of accelerating the breeding of superior breeds in Shaanxi province, and provided ideas for the development of the grain saving herbivorous livestock-dairy cow industry.
