[Objective]To explore the effects of different mildew removers on growth performance, immune performance and tissue mycotoxin residues of Simmental beef cattle.[Method]The experiment analyzed the growth status, serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes, and residual contents of AFB1, ZON and DON in muscle tissue and liver of 60 Simmental beef cattle about 353kg after feeding with different mildew removers.[Result]Compared with the control group and the mildew remover group, the F/G of 1 g/kg Detoxible added to the diet decreased by 4.34% (P<0.05) and 4.10% (P<0.05)respectively;The enzyme activities of ALT, AST, GR, GST and ADA in the Detoxible group were decreased to varying degrees compared with the Detoxible group and the mildew removing group,The T-AOC, SOD and GSH-PX of the Detoxible group were increased to different degrees compared with the control group and the mildew removing group,Compared with the control group and the mildew removing group, the serum MDA in the Detoxible group decreased by 16.7% (P<0.05) and 11.8% (P<0.05),Compared with the control group, the residual amounts of AFB1, ZON, and DON in the muscles of the Detoxible group decreased by 63.04%, 10.55% and 16.64%, respectively, and the residual amounts of AFB1, ZON, and DON in the liver decreased by 9.26%, 7.94%, and 9.26%, respectively.[Conclusion]The addition of 1g/kg Detoxible to the diet improved the growth performance of beef cattle to a certain extent, reduced the feed-to-weight ratio, improved the body's antioxidant capacity and improved liver health, while reducing the residue of mycotoxins in muscle and liver . |
