      [目的]为了掌握宁夏固原地区示范村杨坪村和马沟村的肉犊牛呼吸道疾病的流行情况,[方法]2019年-2021年对2村犊牛呼吸道疾病发病情况进行统计并采用分子生物学技术对采集的犊牛呼吸道鼻拭子样本进行6种病原的鉴定。[结果] 2019年-2021年杨坪村犊牛呼吸系统疾病发病率呈下降趋势,但不同年份间差异不显著(p>0.05);马沟村犊牛呼吸系统疾病发病率呈下降趋势,2021年与2019年相比差异显著(p<0.05)。2019年-2021年,病毒性呼吸道疾病呈下降趋势,而牛支原体和多杀性巴氏杆菌由于没有有效的疫苗预防而呈现较高的阳性率。[结论]本研究揭示了牛支原体和多杀性巴氏杆菌为目前犊牛主要的呼吸道致病病原,做好牛支原体病和多杀性巴氏杆菌病的预防、早期诊断和治疗可有效降低犊牛呼吸道疾病的发病率。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] In order to master the prevalence of respiratory diseases of meat calves in Yangping village and magou village. [Methods] The incidence of respiratory diseases of calves in the two villages was counted from 2019 to 2021, and six pathogens were identified by molecular biological technology. [Results] The results showed that the incidence rate of respiratory diseases in calves in Yang Ping Village decreased in 2019 -2021, but there was no significant difference between different years (p>0.05). The incidence rate of respiratory diseases in the calf of horse valley was decreasing, and there was a significant difference between 2021 and 2019 (p<0.05). From 2019 to 2021, viral respiratory diseases showed a downward trend, while Mycoplasma bovis and Pasteurella multocida showed a high positive rate due to the lack of effective vaccine prevention. [Conclusion] This study reveals that Mycoplasma bovis and Pasteurella multocida are the main respiratory pathogens of calves. Prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma bovis and Pasteurella multocida can effectively reduce the incidence rate of calf respiratory diseases.
