      目前,调查分析了张家川县2015年—2020年之间家畜牛、羊布鲁氏菌病的流行情况。方法:采用了虎红平板凝胶实验方法、试管凝集试验、PCR检测法对2015年—2020年期间全县15个乡镇的牛羊进行了布鲁氏菌病血清学检测,其中牛血清 9925 份,羊血清 70992 份,采用虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验检测牛羊血清80917份,采用PCR检测法检测血清7份。结论:通过对2015年至2020年牛、羊布鲁氏菌病阳性检出率的分析,说明我县的布鲁氏菌病在逐年的净化之中,流行处于较低水平,但是动物防疫部门的防控压力仍旧很大,需要加大实验室检测力度、落实检疫监管与移动控制、建设专业队伍及人员培训等方面着手,形成工作合力,有效避免从疫病源上传染给人。

      At present, the Brucellosis of cattle and sheep in Zhangjiachuan county was investigated and analyzed between 2015 and 2020, and the Brucellosis of cattle and sheep in Brucellosis was also investigated. Methods: The serum samples of cattle and sheep from 15 towns in Fujian Province from 2015 to 2020 were tested by Huhong Plate Gel test, tube agglutination test and PCR method, including 9925 samples of bovine serum and 70992 samples of sheep serum, respectively, 80917 samples of bovine and Sheep Serum were detected by Huhong plate agglutination test and tube agglutination test, and 7 samples were detected by PC r method. Conclusion: through the analysis of Brucella brucellosis rate of cattle and sheep from 2015 to 2020, it shows that the epidemic situation of Brucellosis in our county is at a low level, but the pressure of animal epidemic prevention and Control Department is still very high, it is necessary to strengthen laboratory testing, implement quarantine supervision and Mobile Control, build professional team and personnel training, so as to form working cooperation and effectively avoid infection from the source of the epidemic.
