河南省的南阳牛、郏县红牛是由河南省经过长期不断选育而形成的地方优良品种。近年来,由于牛肉需求的不断加大以及对牛肉品质要求的提高,同时由于河南肉牛的遗传改良基础好,培育具有优良肉质的新品种成为当前河南省育种产业的首要任务,与此同时,河南肉牛产业也凸显了一些新的问题。因此,本文综述了河南省肉牛遗传育种现状、遗传育种相关研究进展以及遗传育种存在的问题,从而为下一步河南省地方牛种质研究及创新利用提供对策建议。 |

Nanyang cattle and Jiaxian red cattle in Henan Province are local excellent breeds formed by Henan Province after a long period of continuous selection and breeding. In recent years, due to the increasing demand for beef and the improvement of beef quality requirements, as well as the good genetic improvement foundation of Henan beef cattle, breeding new breeds with excellent meat quality has become the top priority of the breeding industry in Henan Province at present. Meanwhile, some new problems have been highlighted in Henan beef cattle industry. Therefore, this paper reviews the current situation of beef cattle genetic breeding in Henan Province, the progress of genetic breeding related research and the problems of genetic breeding, so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the next research and innovative utilization of local cattle germplasm in Henan Province. |
