      Through the systematic production performance measurement of cattle at different growth and development stages of the Jiaxian Red Bull Breeding Farm from 2016 to 2020, the back fat and eye muscle area of 18 month old, 24 month old and 36 month old cattle were carried out. The results showed that the average weights of male and female cows of Jiaxian Red cattle were 31.5 kg and 29.5 kg at birth; 152.8 kg and 149.6 kg at 6 month old; 249.8 kg and 227.9 kg at 12 month old; 346.6 kg and 303.3 kg at 18 month old; 471.3 kg and 389.0 kg at 24 months old; 563.4 kg and 399.1 kg at 36 months old, respectively. The average backfat thickness of Jiaxian Red Bull males and cows were 3.31 mm and 5.25 mm at 18 months; 4.19 mm and 7.33 mm at 24 months; 6.79 mm and 9.33 mm at 36 months, respectively. The average eye muscle area of Jiaxian Red Bull bulls and cows: 18 months old are 51.13 cm2 and 57.89 cm2 respectively; 24 months old are 61.07 cm2 and 68.29 cm2; 36 months old are 77.48 cm2 and 73.79 cm2, respectively.
