      胚胎移植技术自创立以来,经过不断的发展和完善,已成为现代畜牧业尤其是高价值低繁殖力畜种繁育中不可或缺的技术手段。但由于胚胎移植是一个系统工程,其移植效果受供受体的选择、超排效果、胚胎质量、供受体的同期性、操作技术、营养及饲养管理水平等诸多因素的影响,移植效果也参差不齐。本文就影响牛胚胎移植效果的主要因素进行简要分析,以期为提高牛胚胎移植的效果提供参考。

      Since the embryo teansfer was establishmented, it has become an indispensable technology in modern animal husbandry, especially in the breeding of high-value and low fecundity livestock. However, embryo transfer is a systematic project, the transfer effect is affected by many factors, such as the selection of donor and recipient, superovulation effect, embryo quality, synchronization of donor and recipient, operation technology, nutrition and feeding management level, and the transfer effect is also uneven. This paper briefly analyzes the main factors affecting the effect of embryo transfer in cattle, in order to provide reference for improving the effect of embryo transfer.
