[目的]为科学评估牛口蹄疫免效果,及时有效开展疫情预警预报,制定有针对性防控策略。[方法]第四师畜牧兽医工作站对2016—2020年间集中免疫后牛口蹄疫免疫血清抗体检测数据进行整理分析。[结果]共检测牛O型口蹄疫免疫血清样品6 877份,合格6 407份,平均合格率93.17%;牛A型口蹄疫免疫血清样品6 077份,合格5 577份,平均合格率91.77%。[结论]表明师市牛口蹄疫总体免疫效果较好,各年度免疫抗体合格率均达到了农村农村部规定标准,牛群能得到有效保护。 |

[Objective]In order to evaluate the immune effect of Bovine foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) scientifically, timely and effectively carry out the early warning and prediction of the epidemic situation, and formulate the targeted prevention and control strategy. [Method]The 4th division Animal Husbandry and veterinary work station analyzed the detection data of Bovine foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) immune serum antibody from 2016 to 2020. [Results]A total of 6 877 serum samples of type O FMD were detected, 6 407 were qualified, the average qualified rate was 93.17% There were 6 077 samples and 5 577 qualified samples, the average qualified rate was 91.77% .[Conclusion]The results showed that the overall immune effect of Bovine foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) was good, the qualified rate of immune antibody in each year reached the standard of rural ministry, and the cattle could be protected effectively. |
