      [目的]牛出败是地方性传染病,常呈急性发作,延误诊治时常会造成死亡。天祝白牦牛时有感染发病现象,为了掌握全县牦牛感染牛出败情况项目组做了调查检测。[方法]项目组在全县10乡镇采集380份天祝白牦牛血样,作了牛巴氏杆菌酶联免疫分析检测。[结果]各乡镇白牦牛的牛巴氏杆菌阳性率在0~7.5%之间,平均阳性率为4.47%,并且年幼牛高于成年牛。[结论]说明全县牦牛对牛出败呈普遍易感,平常表现为隐性感染,当有诱发因素存在时激发发病,表现出临床症状,应当采取多方面措施综合防控。

      :[Objective] Cattle rancid disease is a local infectious disease, often acute outbreak, delayed diagnosis and treatment often lead to death. Tianzhu white yak has been infected from time to time. In order to grasp the situation of yak infection in the whole county, the project team made an investigation and detection. [Methods] The project team collected 380 blood samples of Tianzhu white yak in 10 towns of the county, and detected the bovine Pasteurella by elisa. [Results] The positive rate of Pasteurella in yaks was 0~7.5%, the average positive rate was 4.47%, and young yaks were higher than adults. [Conclusion] It shows that yaks in this county are generally susceptible to cow failure, usually manifested as recessive infection, which can be triggered when there are inducing factors and show clinical symptoms. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken.
