      饲料原料中微量元素和重金属的含量不仅影响肉牛的生长发育,在超标的情况下会对肉牛的健康及环境安全带来很大威胁。本研究对泌阳县境内24份肉牛养殖常用的饲料原料样品进行分析,采用硼氢化钾还原原子荧光光谱法测定了饲料原料中4种微量元素(铜、铁、锌、硒)及2种重金属(砷、铅)的含量。结果表明,泌阳县肉牛养殖常用的饲料原料中微量元素铁、锌、硒的含量存在超标现象,尤其是在花生秧中含量较高;在大多数饲料原料中,重金属砷和铅未检出或含量在允许范围内,表明泌阳县肉牛养殖饲料原料中重金属污染较小。
英文摘要:
      The contents of trace elements and heavy metals in feed-stuffs not only affects the growth and development of beef cattle, but also bring about great threat to health of beef cattle and environmental safety when their content exceeding the standard. In the present study, 23 samples of commonly used feed-stuffs in beef cattle breeding were investigated, the contents of four kinds of trace elements (Cu, Fe, Zn and Se) and two kinds of heavy metals (AS and Pb) were measured by using KBH4 reduction atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Our results showed that the contents of trace elements (Fe, Zn, Se) in examined feed-stuffs exceeded the national standard, especially the high content of Fe in peanut seedlings; In most samples of examined feed-stuffs, AS and Pb were not detected or the content was within the national standard, indicating a mild heavy metal pollution of commonly used feed-stuffs in beef cattle feeding in Biyang county.
