      [目的]为综合利用牦牛资源，提高牦牛生产性能。[方法]2020年夏河县种羊场通过自然发情和同期发情方式对955头牦牛采用娟珊牛冻精进行人工授精。[结果]受胎470头，成活179头，受胎率为49.2%，繁殖成活率为38.1%。

      [Objective]In order to comprehensively utilize yak resources and improve yak production performance.[Method] 955 yaks were artificially inseminated with frozen semen of Jersey cattle by means of natural estrus and synchronous estrus in Xiahe sheep breeding farm in 2020. [Result]470 conceived and 179 survived. The conception rate was 49.2% and the reproductive survival rate was 38.1%. Key word: Yak; Artificial insemination; Xiahe
