      [目的]本试验拟在蛋禽日粮中额外添加微生态制剂,通过蛋禽的生产性能和蛋品质等情况,探微生态制剂生对蛋禽生产的影响,为不同微生态制剂在蛋禽上的应用提供依据。[方法]将鸡群分成4组,分别为实验Ⅰ组、实验Ⅱ组、实验Ⅲ组和对照组,试验组分别饲喂不同的微生态制剂,检测生产性能和单品质相关数据。 [结果]微生态制剂能够有效降的动物的采食量与料蛋比,且实验Ⅰ组的料蛋比明显低于其他三组(P<0.05)。实验Ⅰ组的平均产蛋率高于其它三组,不合格蛋率低于其他三组,但不存在显著性差异。添加微生态制剂能够有效降低蛋鸡的死淘,且实验Ⅰ组的死淘率最低,但不存在显著性差异。微生态制剂对鸡蛋的蛋形指数和蛋壳强度个组间不存在差异,但实验Ⅰ组的蛋壳强度高于其他三个试验组。实验Ⅰ组的蛋壳厚度明显高于其他三组(P<0.05)。[结论]微生态制剂降低采食量和料蛋比和死淘率,提高产蛋率,蛋壳厚度,且实验Ⅰ组的采食量和料蛋比最低,而产蛋率和蛋壳厚度高于其他三组。

      [Objective]the purpose of this study was to explore the effect of microecological agents on the production of laying birds by adding microecological agents to the diet of laying birds, so as to provide the basis for the application of different microecological agents in laying birds. [Methods] the chickens were divided into four groups: experimental group I, experimental group II, experimental group III and control group. The experimental groups were fed with different probiotics, and the production performance and single quality data were detected. [Results] the feed intake and feed to egg ratio of experimental group I were significantly lower than those of the other three groups (P < 0.05). The average laying rate of group I was higher than the other three groups, and the unqualified egg rate was lower than the other three groups, but there was no significant difference. Adding microecological agents can effectively reduce the dead panning rate of layers, and the dead panning rate of experimental group I is the lowest, but there is no significant difference. There was no difference in egg shape index and eggshell strength between the two groups, but the eggshell strength of group I was higher than that of the other three groups. The eggshell thickness of group I was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P < 0.05), [Conclusion] probiotics can reduce feed intake, feed to egg ratio and mortality rate, improve egg production rate and eggshell thickness, and the feed intake and feed to egg ratio of experimental group I are the lowest, while the egg production rate and eggshell thickness of experimental group I are higher than those of other three groups.
