      【目的】观察生物发酵小麦秸秆对肉牛的育肥效果。【方法】选择8月龄体重在300 kg左右的本地黄牛×西门塔尔杂交牛,在饲喂基础日粮的同时,分别加喂未发酵的小麦秸秆和发酵过的小麦秸秆,观察肉牛的增重情况,并核算养殖收益。【结果】肉牛加喂发酵过的小麦秸秆日增重0.60 kg,比对照组日增重0.40 kg高出0.20 kg,养殖收益对比明显。【结论】生物发酵小麦秸秆用于肉牛养殖,收益明显。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】 To observe the fattening effect of bio-fermented wheat Straw on beef cattle . 【Method】 8 month old fattening beef cattle weighing about 300 kg were selected and fed respectively by the unferm- ented wheat straw and the fermented wheat straw , While feeding on the basis of the basal diet . Then the weight gain of beef cattle was observed and the profit of breeding was calculated . 【Results】 The daily gain of beef cattle fed fermented wheat straw was 0.60 kg , while 0.20 kg higher than that of control group , and the farming benefits are clear . 【Conclu- sion】 The farming benefits are clear while the biological fermentation wheat straw is used in beef cattle breedin .
