口蹄疫对肉牛养殖业的危害严重,该病发病率高,传播迅速,严重影响肉牛养殖及其产品流通贸易。为了解新疆地区肉牛口蹄疫免疫动态,评估口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果,本文与2019年3月份随机抽选了120头肉牛,随机分成了3组,分别采取不同免疫程序,根据免疫抗体检测水平的变化,选择免疫效果最佳的免疫程序,以期可以为本地区制定肉牛口蹄疫灭活苗免疫模式提供数据参考。 |

foot and mouth disease is a serious threat to beef cattle breeding. The disease incidence rate is high and spread rapidly, which seriously affects the beef cattle breeding and its circulation. In order to understand the immune dynamic of FMD in Xinjiang and evaluate the immune effect of FMD vaccine, 120 beef cattle were randomly selected in March 2019 and randomly divided into three groups. Different immune procedures were adopted, and the best immune procedure was selected according to the change of immune antibody detection level, so as to provide reference for formulating the immune mode of FMD inactivated vaccine in Xinjiang For data reference. |
