[Objective] to compare the short-term fattening performance of Different Crossbred Beef Cattle in Yunnan under the same feeding conditions. [method]In Chuxiong Dayao Qihe Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd.,2 groups of bulls were selected, 6 F1 generation of hybrid bulls of Simmen-tal, Shorthorn, Angus, Yun-ling Cattle crossed bred with Yunnan Cattle, 6 bulls of Yunnan Cattle, at the age of 14 (± 2) months were randomly fed the same total mixed diet (30% fresh brewer''s grains, 35% concentrate supplement, 20% broad bean bran, 15% rice straw) for 100 days (the pre-feeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 93 days) under the same feeding and management conditions. [Conclusion]the daily weight gain (kg) of Yun-ling Cattle, Angus×Yunnan Cattle, Shorthorn×Yunnan Cattle and Simmen-tal×Yunnan Cattle was 1.194 ± 0.063, 1.312 ± 0.094, 1.014 ± 0.073, 1.105 ± 0.052 and 1.314 ± 0.06 kg, respectively. There was no significant difference between Yun-ling×Yunnan Cattle and Simmen-tal×Yunnan Cattle (P > 0.05), but the weight gain of two groups was significantly higher than that of Angus×Yunnan Cattle(P<0.05); However, there was no significant difference between them (P > 0.05), and the daily weight gain difference during the whole growing state of Yun-ling cattle, Angus×Yunnan Cattle and Shorthorn×Yunnan Cattle was not significant (P > 0.05). Feed conversion ratio was 7.81, 7.12, 9.13, 8.49 and 7.56, respectively; among which feed conversion ratio of Yun-ling Cattles was lowest. |
