[objective] to analyze guangxi NiuChao for superovulation technology implementation present situation, [method] experimental design in guangxi binyang, installed, used, left four beef cattle farms, such as group (4) each choose 16 Simon tal adult cow as experimental cows, the progesterone plug (GIOB) + follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) + chlorine forefront enol (PGF2) method to test the mother for superovulation, cow observation experiment to the total number of embryos, the number of available embryos, embryo number, analysis of superovulation effect. [Results] The results showed that after the treatment of superovulation, 3 ~ 14 embryos were obtained from each cow, with an average of 8.02±2.75 embryos. 1 ~ 9 embryos were available per head, with an average of 4.64±1.84 embryos. 0 ~ 3 first order embryos were obtained from each head, with an average of 1.56±0.94. There was no significant difference between total embryos, available embryos and first order embryos (P > 0.05). However, the average total embryos, available embryos and first order embryos of duan group were 5.99%, 6.47% and 16.03% higher than the average of all experimental cattle. [conclusion] the results showed that the implementation of overovulation in large-scale cattle farms in guangxi progressed smoothly, and the overovulation effect was good, with no significant difference between groups (P > 0.05). Duan group was the best in terms of the number and quality of embryos obtained. |
